How We Work in Princeton and Collin County

Every job starts with a look at the slab, not a guess over the phone. We check whether the sinking traces back to soil settling or a hidden plumbing leak, since fixing the wrong one just means the slab drops again.

From there we decide between foam or slurry. Foam works well on thinner slabs where added weight is a concern, which comes up a lot with Princeton’s newer builds poured on fill soil that’s still settling. Slurry still makes sense for bigger driveways where budget matters more than cure speed.
